Psychosomatic Medicine 34:101-107 (1972)
© 1972 American Psychosomatic Society
It is never easy to take the measure of a man, but when one has before one his accomplishments and the fact that he has edited sixty issues of a journal, the task is made somewhat easier. As the reader follows the details of his career, he will see that by the time Mort had succeeded Dr. Carl Binger, he had made significant contributions to the area of psychosomatic medicine and had reached the top rung of academic life. He had done all this by the age of 41 years--no mean accomplishment.
