ERRATUM

In the Presidential Address entitled, Stalked by the Past: The Influence of Ethnicity on Health (2000;62:161–70), which appeared in the March/April 2000 issue, under the heading "Salt and Slavery" on page 164, the term ÄBP should read {Delta}BP.

The sentences should read: The {Delta}BP (high salt minus low salt) was calculated for each of our four patient subgroups. This {Delta}BP is one way of defining salt sensitivity.
