IgM levels were significantly lower in the FSL rats than in FRL controls: F(1,25) = 13.57, p < .01. Data for the 1:10 serum dilution are shown. (B) Anti-KLH IgG antibodies increased significantly after immunization: F(5,120) = 164.50, p < .0001 (IgG response values for one FRL animal were more than 2 SDs from the mean FRL response on each day; these were excluded from statistical analyses). There were no strain differences in IgG production (F(1,24) = 0.59, p = .45), and no strain by day interaction (F(5,120) = 0.49, p = .78).
